How It Works
Automation connects compatible equipment so different building functions can work according to the way your business operates.
For example, lighting can follow business hours, climate settings can run on a schedule, and connected equipment can respond to programmed times or events. What the system does depends on the building, the equipment already in place, and how you want to use it.
Custom Design
We start by looking at the property and how it is used rather than choosing equipment first.
We consider the building layout, operating hours, existing controls, network requirements, and the functions you want to automate. This gives us a better understanding of what the system needs to do and how it should be configured.
Automation Options
Lighting and climate are common applications for commercial automation. Depending on the equipment, they can be scheduled by time, zone, or other programmed conditions.
Automation can also handle opening and closing routines. For example, selected equipment can be turned on, adjusted, or controlled at specific times during the day.
Other connected equipment can be included when the automation platform supports it, including access equipment, security systems, audio/video equipment, and other building controls.
By Property Type
The way automation is used depends on the property.
An office may use automation for lighting, temperature, and daily schedules. A retail location may need opening and closing routines, while a restaurant may have additional lighting, climate, and audio/video requirements. Larger facilities may have several areas and different schedules to manage.
We configure the system around those needs rather than using the same setup for every property.
New or Existing
If you already have equipment installed, we can assess it before recommending new equipment.
Some equipment may be suitable for integration, while other equipment may need to be upgraded or replaced. This depends on the equipment, communication method, automation platform, and how the existing system is configured.
We also consider how the system will be operated. Depending on the setup, controls may be available locally, remotely, or through both.
Our Process
Three steps, from assessing your property to a fully tested, working system.
We review the building, existing equipment, network requirements, and the functions you want to automate.
We determine what can be integrated and configure the automation system around the property.
We install the equipment, make the required connections, program the system, and test the functions before handing it over.
Tell us about your property and what you want to protect. We’ll discuss suitable equipment, installation options, and the next steps for your business.
Service Areas
Whether you're automating a new build or adding controls to a property that's already operating, we design the system around what's actually there. We install commercial automation systems across Toronto and the GTA, including Vaughan, North York, Markham, Richmond Hill, Scarborough, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Brampton, Aurora, and Newmarket.

Tell us what you need. Our team will help you find the right solution.
